OBJECTIVES AND BACKGROUND

11 Sistemas de Control

DEGREE: Specialist in Control Systems

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Four-year degree of a relevant field in areas of engineering, physics, and mathematics. Candidates with a degree not meeting the required criteria may apply upon accreditation of expertise in the field.

 

The program requires class attendance with a total course load of 486 hours. It consists of 10 (ten) required theoretical and applied courses – basic track – of 360 (three hundred and sixty) hours, and 3 (three) elective courses – depending on the area of concentration: Industries, Weapons, or Transportation – area of concentration – of 108 (one hundred and eight) hours. The program is structured in three semesters and it comprises a final research project tutorial. Attendance to this tutorial is mandatory, with a class load of eighteen (18) hours. The core training takes place during the first two semesters and part of the third. The courses offered are detailed below:
